JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our growing team! This position will be responsible for supporting the Accounting Manager in daily financial operations, including data entry, transaction research, reporting, and reconciliation tasks. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to assist in various financial processes to ensure seamless accounting functions within Harper Auto Wash. The Accounting Assistant also assists in special projects and plays a key role in maintaining financial records and compliance. Benefits

• Data Entry & POS Transaction Research
• Accounts Payable Support
• Accounts Receivable & Fleet Billing
• Bank Reconciliation & Daily Sales Reconciliation

• Special Projects & Ad Hoc Financial Support

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related role.
• Strong proficiency in data entry, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and financial reporting is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
