We are currently seeking someone to take on the front of house lead role with our company. As we are a small, locally owned business, the FOH lead is responsible for keeping a good relationship with the local alcohol reps, ensuring that costs stay in line, ordering alcohol and other items as well as ensuring that our FOH duties are always completed. The most important qualifications for this position include:
Great customer service skills as this is a customer facing position
Pride in ones work, food and drink presentation etc.
This is an hourly position that starts at a guaranteed $15.00 an hour plus tip share with potential for pay increases. As a family owned business, we have been in the service industry for a combined two decades working every job in the business. We work very hard to create a healthy and happy work environment for employees and we have a 90% emloyee retention rate!
