Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with employees and customers by working directly with them to help bridge the gaps in the sales process
• Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network for future referrals
• Provide support to sales team through training and assistance with closing sales
• Assist with inventory management for the sales department
• Conduct trade appraisals and transfer information into the vehicle management system
• Desk deals, and manage retail deliveries
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
• An outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance
• Resilient and organized

Qualifications:

• Prior automotive experience as a Sales Manager is Mandatory
• 3-5 years’ experience in the automotive industry required, preferably in sales and F&I
• Strong Used Car background
• Good Listener, Creative Thinker and Effective Communicator
• Bilingual is a plus!
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
