We are a growing organization dedicated to providing high-quality, in-home ABA services to children aged 1 to 21. About the Role:
As a Behavior Specialist, you will play a vital role in implementing behavior goals in the home setting for children aged 4 to 8. You will work closely with your supervisor (BCBA) to implement these goals through remote and in-person supervision, receiving guidance and support to help you succeed. Data collection is a key part of this role, so comfort with data collection is important.
Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position, Monday through Thursday (and possibly Fridays), from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM/7:30 PM.
What You'll Do:
Implement individualized behavior goals in the client's home.
Work closely with a BCBA supervisor to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
Collect data and track client progress.
Provide compassionate and supportive care to clients and their families.
What You'll Bring:
Experience in ABA is preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in psychology or a related field is preferred.
At least one year of experience working with children is highly preferred.
Experience working with children with challenging behavior is a plus!
Willingness to complete the requirements to obtain RBT certification (we will support you in this process!).
Comfort working weekends for a higher hourly rate (weekend work depends on client needs).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check.
A genuine passion for helping children learn and grow.
