Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement and negotiation expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and strategic-thinking teammates. You'll lead the charge in shaping the future of supply chain efficiency and contribute significantly to our project success. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Quality, Legal, and Engineering), set up and oversee the supplier selection process, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

• Preparation and launch of Request for Quotation with suppliers,

• Leading project negotiation,

• Monitoring Procurement project QCDT & legal project evolution (FAI, Business Award, Product development),

• Ensuring work package sheet commitment respect,

• Preparation of Business Award,

• Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct,

• Coordinating projects with all métiers,

• Securing on-time delivery and quality, especially during the ramp-up phase of the project,

• Consolidating commodity needs, inputs for commodity strategy and panel elaboration,

• Active participation in commodity strategy and panel elaboration

• Degree in Business or related field,

• Experience or understanding of procurement processes and supplier management,

• Knowledge of project management and commodity strategy deployment,

• Familiarity with Request for Quotation (RFQ) and negotiation techniques,

• Excellent communication skills and team spirit,

• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment,

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving QCDT objectives,

• Rigorous and structured approach to tasks,

• International mindset and ability to interact with diverse teams,

• Proficiency in English
