We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Aviation Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key role in delivering successful airport and aviation infrastructure projects.

Here's what you'll do:

Lead and deliver: Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of aviation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Be a technical expert: Serve as the Engineer of Record, ensuring designs meet all safety and regulatory requirements.
Build client relationships: Cultivate strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Grow our business: Actively participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
Mentor and guide: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on the team.
You'll be a great fit if you have:

5+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on aviation projects.
A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a Professional Engineering (PE) license.
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
A passion for aviation and a desire to make a positive impact on the communities we serve.
Bonus points for:

Experience with airport airside and/or landside design.
Familiarity with FAA regulations and industry standards.
Knowledge of pavement design and relevant software.
