• Assist the project managers and estimating department with full administrative duties.
• Accuratley enter weekly payroll for field employees.
• Assist with general accounting tasks.
• Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintain office supplies.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
• One year experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a drug and background screen.
• Ability to multitask while staying organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive customer service skills
