• Conduct daily screening calls and interviews to identify top talent for a variety of roles.

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and supporting candidates through offer negotiations.

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies that align with the company’s hiring needs and goals.

• Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring seamless coordination and accurate tracking of candidates throughout the process.

• Build and expand a network of contacts and relationships to identify and source high-quality candidates.

• Stay up-to-date with recruiting best practices and industry trends to continuously improve processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience , with a proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates in a variety of roles.

• Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and engage candidates effectively.
