Manager of Creative Initiatives at Organization

A Creative Project Manager with a hunger for making fantastic ideas a reality is what we're after. Campaigns and premium content that engage viewers will be developed in collaboration with designers, marketers, authors, and other partners.

Critical Tasks:

Directed and supervised creative projects from start to finish to ensure that all deliverables met requirements.

Get everyone on the same page regarding the project's goals, timeline, and budget by collaborating with other departments including marketing, content, and design.

Having open and honest communication with clients and other stakeholders ensures that all parties involved in a project are on the same page from start to finish.

Making detailed timetables, allocating resources appropriately, and sticking to project budgets all contribute to achieving financial goals.

To ensure that team members' work reflects the brand's values and goals, it is important to offer feedback and encouragement in addition to creative direction.

Keeping one's efforts focused requires anticipating potential problems and coming up with proactive solutions.

In order to assess completed projects and provide improvements for future development, it is helpful to monitor performance and gather stakeholder feedback in post-project analysis.

Criteria for our search:

demonstrated expertise in managing projects, preferably within a creative or technological context.

solid experience managing campaigns, leading creative teams, and developing high-quality products.

exceptionally good at scheduling tasks such that they can be completed by overlapping due dates.

To facilitate productive interactions with teams, clients, and other stakeholders, it is helpful to write and speak clearly and simply.

Proficient with software and project management systems (such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.).

Someone have an exceptional eye for design and a creative spirit.

The ability to have a positive mood despite being in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
