Your New Role

As a Drain Technician, you’ll:

• Diagnose and resolve residential drain issues.
• Use tools like water jetters and cameras to identify and fix problems efficiently.
• Present technical solutions and pricing options to customers in a clear, professional manner.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including keeping your truck stocked and spotless.
• Work in crawlspaces, attics, trenches, or wherever the job takes you.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a top-notch experience.
• Rotate on-call duties, including weekends, as needed.

• Eligible to obtain an apprentice plumber license.
• Reliable transportation and a good driving record.
• Ability to drive company work trucks.
• Pass a drug test and background check.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in crawlspaces, attics, trenches, and other challenging spaces.
• Ability to lift moderate to heavy tools or equipment.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Genuine, personable, and team-oriented.
