Job Description

Executive Sous Chef Manager

We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional to help lead our kitchen team at Cafe Yoto. The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for aiding in the overall kitchen operations of Cafe Yoto with direction from the Chef/Owner. They ensure guests enjoy experiences through great food, lead smooth and efficient services, support inventory, ordering, and purchasing, prep and staff training.

Qualifications:

  • Prior leadership and/or training experience in the food & beverage industry
  • Strong leadership with consistent communication and expectations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Have and promote an always be learning attitude
  • Find joy in working and connecting with team and guests
