Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Freight Broker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality logistics solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers.
• Negotiate freight rates and contracts with carriers to maximize profitability.
• Source and secure new carrier partnerships to ensure consistent freight capacity.
• Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Resolve any transportation issues and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, invoices, and carrier details.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics role.
• Strong understanding of transportation and freight brokerage processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in freight management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $58,489.00 - $69,282.00 per year
