The Human Resources Manager specializing in Executive Recruitment focus plays a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support WEC’s commitment to delivering luxury-level service across its hospitality operations.

This role requires expertise in executive search recruitment, talent acquisition within the hospitality industry, and delivering exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Talent Acquisition

  • Lead efforts to source and secure high-caliber leadership candidates through strategic talent identification, networking and relationship-building.
  • Design and implement comprehensive executive recruitment strategies, including proactive outreach, networking, and targeted sourcing.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leadership talent to meet current and future organizational needs.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment during the selection and onboarding processes for senior leadership roles.
  • Collaborate with property DHR to develop and execute property specific talent acquisition processes and procedures.
  • Proven expertise in leadership talent acquisition and strategic sourcing.

Compliance & Best Practices

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay informed of HR trends, best practices, and legal developments to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies that promote a high-performing and inclusive culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field or experience equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years focused on executive-level recruitment.
  • Proven expertise in leadership talent acquisition and strategic sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of luxury service standards and hospitality best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, talent acquisition platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Travel

Local and regional travel is required resulting in overnight trips. This position requires the successful candidate to have a valid Driver’s license. The successful candidate would have to provide proof that s/he has a valid driver’s license upon being hired.
