What You'll Do:
Lead Generation & Outreach
Respond to customer inquiries and schedule appointments for a local business.
Conduct email outreach to potential clients to drive engagement and conversions.
Content Creation & Social Media Management
Develop, design, and produce high-quality visual and written content for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with the team to create engaging campaigns that capture the audience's attention.
Strategy & Audience Engagement
Work with the marketing team to develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with brand objectives.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions to foster brand loyalty.
Trend Monitoring & Performance Analysis
Stay ahead of industry trends, social media tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Brand Partnerships & Campaign Support
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, including giveaways, promotions, and contests.
Develop and negotiate brand partnerships to expand the company's reach and influence.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software.
Experience using social media analytics and lead generation tools (e.g., Instagram/TikTok Analytics, Angi's List).
A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
