What you’ll be doing…
The Verizon Business Group Experience Organization is developing a program that deepens the value of Verizon Business as a partner and provider to Business Markets, Global Enterprise, and Public Sector customers. The Experience Management - Consultant on the Experience Innovation & Enablement team will support various initiatives and workstreams that support yet to be launched VBG’s Signature Experience, programs leveraging Verizon Business Dollars, and the Verizon Business Mastercard and other yet to be identified earning and award programs using Verizon Business Dollars.
Developing new accounting processes and maintaining reporting in collaboration with RA, Tax and FP&A on deposits, redemption, and liabilities across various ledgers.
Serving as lead POC for partner reporting and invoicing on program related revenues and expense, both VBD and USD.
Facilitating QBRs and business development meetings with partners.
Partnering with key stakeholders across the business (Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance) and external partners to support initiatives to drive transformative customer experience for VBG customers.
Identifying, prioritizing, structuring, and finding solutions to complex business challenges.
Supporting developing project KPIs, status reporting and presentations for senior leaders.
Project management and collaboration with IT in executing key business transformation and BAU initiatives.
Reviewing and assessing contracts, SOW with potential vendors, partners for strategic engagements.
Maintaining training artifacts, content, partner requirements, and completion status.

You’ll need to have:
Must be a current participant of the Department of Defense Skillbridge Program or of the Hiring our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program Cohort 2-2025.
Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
Experience working in a fast-paced, variable landscape while navigating and prioritizing multiple projects and complex tasks.
A demonstrable track record of developing and fostering collaborative, durable cross functional relationships.
Experience reviewing and updating training materials, OST’s, external customer facing communications such as emails, marketing collaterals etc.
Experience with developing requirements for IT and executing projects.
Experience with Excel, Word, Google Slides/Powerpoint.
Experience with JIRA/Workfront.
Experience working with finance and IT in writing specs for automating accounting processes.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
MBA, PMP, and/or VLSS experience.
A professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA).
Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
Strong facilitation skills with internal and external partners.
Highly effective communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of FASB and SEC requirements, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, tax reporting and accounting practices and International Financial Reporting.
Business Transformation experience.
Experience in executing and delivering IT initiatives involving marketing functions.
Experience in developing channel training and communications. Knowledge of OST, GTM and Integrated Marketing practices at Verizon.
Experience in creating executive-level presentations.
Thought leadership, ability to assess industry trends, and support program evolution.
A high degree of analytical capability with the proven ability to support business case development.
Experience with FIT tools.
Experience with training reporting / Qlik.
Experience with tableau, looker.
