Family is looking for an Exceptional Family Personal Assistant. The professional FPA will offer their confidence and years of experience supporting a successful businesswoman, class mom, and charitable woman, managing 4 components of her super active personal and family lifestyle. With full autonomy, thedetail-oriented, highly organized candidate will be a self-starterwho takes the initiative to get things done yet can take direction if needed. A pleasant professional, (not a best friend), who will oversee everything needed to run the functioning households with great attention to detail.
Property Management:
–Manage all aspects of their homes, an UES, 5-story brownstone (approx. 8500 sq. ft), and Rosemary Beach, FL home, (approx. 13,500 sq. ft), including but not limited to: maintaining smooth operations of both homes, advancing the family between properties, arranging daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly maintenance and/or projects, managing and overseeing staff, repairs, handyman, vendors, etc. The FPA will manage Housekeepers and all external vendors, but not the Nannies.

Scheduling:Travel:
-The family spends the majority of time in NY (min. 6 months), Rosemary Beach, FL ( approx.1 month), Aspen, (approx. 1 month during the summer), and also travels domestically and internationally throughout the year
The family also travels 6-8 weeks during the winter and the FPA will work closely with the family travel agent, and be responsible for ensuring all travel arrangements are secured including but not limited to: reservations for family travel: private air, hotel, travel excursions-domestic/international, land/sea, meals, tickets, etc.
Private Events:
–Plan and coordinate private events held at the residences, including but not limited to: hosting 20-40 people approx. 2-3 times per month for charitable, work, or personal gatherings. Must arrange and be the "air traffic controller" on the ground, coordinating set-up and full execution of events working closely with vendors, chef, additional staff, etc.
