Job Title: On-Site Recruiting Coordinator- W2 Contract
Location: North Buckhead area
Contract Duration: 3-6 months

You will collaborate with the Recruiting team to organize career events, oversee logistics, and handle marketing. Your exceptional people skills will be essential in creating a positive candidate experience. Your logistics management expertise will ensure that all events operate smoothly and efficiently.
About Our Client: We are seeking an On-Site Recruiting Coordinator to support our client, a global leader in the insurance industry. Our client offers a wide range of property casualty insurance, life insurance, retirement solutions, and other financial services through their General Insurance, Life & Retirement, and Investments business units.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage real-time updates to the applicant tracking system, candidate flow, Excel trackers, and process documentation.
· Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, from marketing and candidate education to selection, interview rounds, offer decisions, and communication.
· Enhance candidate engagement throughout the recruiting process to ensure a positive experience.
· Coordinate preparations for onsite and virtual interview events.
· Oversee the execution and logistics for campus recruiting and summer programming events, including material preparation, catering, facilities management, and advertising for activities like interviews and networking events.
Qualifications:
· Ability to work on-site four (4) days a week and one (1) day remote.
· Experience in human resources, client services, sales, marketing, recruiting, or communications within a corporate setting is ideal.
· Proficiency in using the Handshake tool and Workday is a plus.
· University recruiting coordination experience is preferred but not required.
· Strong problem-solving skills, proactive approach, and resourcefulness.
· Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
· Client-focused with excellent judgment and attention to detail.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing changing priorities and meeting deadlines.
