Outside Golf Operations Supervisor
Golf course in Havertown, Pennsylvania is looking for an Outside Golf Operations Supervisor.
Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities
• Supervise outside operations team & perform Outside Operations duties as needed.
• Manage inventory of golf supplies.
• Coordinate Maintenance & Repair of department equipment.
• Mange Driving Range operations.
• Golf cart fleet management.
• Manage starting times.
• Represent Llanerch Country Club in a professional manner both on & off the property.
• Managing golf carts, clubs, and equipment efficiently and ensuring they are in excellent condition.
• Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and fulfilling requests promptly.
• Assisting with bag drop-off and pick-up services.
• Maintaining a clean and organized outside services area.
• Collaborating with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for golf and a basic understanding of golf etiquette (experience is a plus but not required).
Team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively.
A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Greeting and assisting members and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Compensation:
$20.00 per hour.
