Role: Product Owner (ECM/CCM)

Location: NYC, NY (Onsite)

Experience: Minimum 9 Years

Seeking an experienced Product Owner with expertise in life insurance and annuity product development, content management, and customer communication solutions. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, manage product backlogs, and align technical solutions with business objectives. Strong knowledge of ECM and CCM tools such as Quadient, Exstream, and FileNet is essential.

• 9+ years of experience in life insurance and annuity product development and servicing.
• Proven experience in content management and customer communication projects using tools like Quadient, Exstream, and FileNet.
• Ability to lead developers working on ECM/CCM tools and APIs related to document management and communication integrations.
• Exposure to AWS modules and DocumentDB is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile SDLC, proficient with Jira or equivalent tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Proficiency in collaboration, creative thinking, critical observation, decision-making, and problem-solving.

• Collaborate with SAE/CPO of the Customer Communication and Content Management Domain to define and communicate a clear product vision.
• Align product features with Agile Epics, Features, and Stories, ensuring alignment with the overall vision.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Scrum Master, ensuring all items are clearly described and estimated.
• Conduct Product Owner reviews and approve deliverables before release to business partners.
• Partner with the Tech Lead and Platform System Architect to deliver modular, reusable, and forward-looking solutions.
• Establish and lead multiple teams to enhance collaboration, improve skills, and optimize development for faster market delivery and operational efficiency.

• Hands-on experience as an ECM/CCM Product Owner or Lead.
• Expertise with tools like OpenText Exstream, Quadient, or similar content management and customer communication solutions.
• Familiarity with document management and customer communication integrations.
