Location: Mountain View, CA ( Onsite )
Duration/Term: Long Term Contract


Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PgM) to oversee critical processes in UPS Review Management and Procurement Lifecycle Management . This role will manage internal and external review processes, coordinate procurement activities, and lead project execution from kickoff through post-deal follow-up. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, implement automation, analyze performance metrics, and provide strategic insights to optimize procurement and service delivery within the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • UPS Review Management:
    • Oversee the internal UPS process to ensure timely reviews, accurate tracking, and effective stakeholder communication.
    • Manage the external UPS pipeline by scheduling meetings with Unity and maintaining strong relationships with external teams.
    • Finalize review documentation, manage escalations, ensure budget alignment, and initiate deal creation.
  • Procurement Lifecycle Management:
    • Administer legal, privacy, risk, and financial processes across multiple internal tools.
    • Drive process improvement initiatives and update systems, processes, and tools for enhanced efficiency and compliance.
    • Differentiate between service and product purchases, managing procurement accordingly.
  • Execution and Project Management:
    • Initiate projects, track milestones, manage finances, oversee invoice approvals, and forecast project needs.
    • Collaborate with the Unity Account Manager on QBRs, financial reporting, and risk management.
    • Organize project progress meetings, document processes, lead status meetings, and provide regular progress reports.
  • Post-Deal Follow-up:
    • Conduct post-deal reviews and gather customer satisfaction feedback.
  • Reporting and Impact Measurement:
    • Align with Success Framework KPIs and report on progress.
    • Define and track additional metrics, create measurement and reporting plans, and analyze data to provide optimization recommendations and ROI assessments.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Implement automated systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
    • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and optimize processes.
    • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and knowledge sharing.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience in financial and impact analysis with a strong track record in tracking, measuring, and forecasting financial performance.
  • Demonstrated ability in data analysis , including data gathering, reporting, and insight generation.
  • Strong financial management skills with the ability to manage budgets, create detailed financial reports, and utilize tools such as pivot tables and data visualization.
  • Extensive experience in project management planning, executing, and monitoring projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, particularly in working with global teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in the gaming industry or an interest in gaming technology.
  • Proficiency with tools (e.g., Simba, Navigo, Ariba/BuyingHub, Pivt Approvals, Herald, Tables, AppSheet).
