* **Work with warm inbound leads** from PPC and marketing campaigns—no cold calling.
* **Analyze, negotiate, and close deals** with sellers to lock up properties at the right price.
* **Utilize your experience and sharp skills** to identify the best deals and structure win-win contracts.
* **Work closely with our acquisitions and dispositions teams** to ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.
* **Consistently hit targets** and **earn big commissions**—you control your earning potential.
### **Who You Are:**
* **A natural closer** with a proven track record in sales, negotiation, or real estate.
* You have a **strategic mindset** and can quickly evaluate opportunities.

* **Recent graduates** in Business, Finance, or Real Estate are welcome, but **at least 2 years of experience** in sales/negotiation is required.

* **Base salary: $2,000/month** + **UNCAPPED commissions**
* **Average commission check: $1,900 per closed deal**
* **On-track earnings: $100k+ annually** with **OTE (On-Target Earnings)**
