Responsibilities:- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.- Conduct market research to gather information on properties and neighborhoods.- Provide excellent customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing concerns.- Assist in coordinating property showings and open houses.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date listings on various real estate platforms and Social Media- Assist in drafting contracts, leases, and other legal documents.- Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance in all transactions.- Support agents in property management tasks such as rent collection and maintenance coordination.- Digital content, Graphic Design, Photoshop with RE/MAX copuright standards.

Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Customer service or sales experience and a strong interest in the real estate industry.- Knowledge of market trends and property values.- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- Familiarity with real estate law and regulations.- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
