Summary:  

The Real Estate Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of the properties within the Noble Capital Real Estate Fund. This role involves managing property maintenance, repairs, vendor relationships, property taxes, insurance, and compliance. The asset manager ensures that all real estate assets are well-maintained, operate efficiently, and align with the fund’s investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements for the real estate portfolio. 
  • Manage relationships with property managers, contractors, vendors, and service providers. 
  • Ensure compliance with property taxes, insurance requirements, and regulatory obligations. 
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize property performance and value. 
  • Monitor property financials, operating expenses, and maintenance budgets. 
  • Address tenant or property-related issues, problem-solving to maintain high operational standards. 
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure adherence to safety regulations. 
  • Coordinate property dispositions, renovations, and lease negotiations. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate asset management, property management, or operations.
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
  • Experience with fund performance metrics, reporting, and investor relations.
  • Familiarity with real estate financial structures, NAV calculations, and capital deployment.
