Pay Range: $95,732.26to $143,598.52 

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Kwik Trip Inc. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the purchase and development of property for Kwik Trip Convenience Stores in WI. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Locate and evaluate potential sites.
• Negotiate contracts and development agreements.
• Work with government agencies to attain zoning and plan approvals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of retail real estate market in WI. 
• Knowledge and experience in the planning and entitlement processes for the development of commercial property
• Basic knowledge of commercial real estate development in regard to survey, engineering, and legal contracts
• Ability to speak and present at public meetings such as planning and city council meetings.
• Accurate and detail oriented
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Exercise sound judgment within company guidelines.
• Prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate high level of customer service.
• Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license with excellent driving record.
• Understanding of Geographic Information System (GIS) and AutoCAD is a plus.

Work Schedule: Fifty hours per week; typically , Monday through Friday, daytime hours with some evening meetings and overnights. Flexibility in schedule.
