In this role, you'll work with both corporate and leisure clients to create personalized travel experiences to destinations all over the world.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and coordinate customized travel itineraries tailored to clients' preferences and budgets.
Research destinations, accommodations, and activities to create unique travel experiences.
Stay informed on travel trends, restrictions, and requirements to provide accurate information.
Book and manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and event tickets.
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after clients' trips.
Handle any travel-related issues that may arise and offer timely solutions.
Network with travel vendors and suppliers to offer exclusive deals and packages.
Continuously participate in training, webinars, and certifications to stay up to date with industry developments.
What We're Looking For:
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US, Mexico, Australia, or the UK.
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. (Sales or customer service experience is a plus!)
A smartphone with internet access is required; a laptop is recommended but not mandatory.
A love for travel and personal travel experience is highly valued but not required.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus, but full training is provided.
