Job Description

SASMAR is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a prominent player in the pharmaceutical industry, known for our innovative personal care and fertility products, we strive to provide exceptional support to our sales department to enhance our global operations.

In this role, you will assist the sales team with administrative support, ensuring that their workflow is efficient and effective. Your responsibilities will include managing sales records, processing customer orders, and facilitating communication between departments, ultimately contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by preparing reports, managing schedules, and tracking sales performance.

  • Coordinate order processing to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to clients.

  • Maintain and update the customer database and sales documentation.

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.

  • Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with organizational goals.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management as needed.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to sales operations.

  • Perform other administrative duties as necessary to support the sales team.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales administration or support role, with experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer products field being advantageous.

  • Proficient in Google Suite applications, especially Sheets/Excel, and experience with CRM systems.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to a dynamic work environment.

  • A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
