Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and proactive Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist to help us grow our online presence and increase product visibility across social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This is a remote, freelance position with flexible hours. You’ll be working directly with our team to promote our products, run targeted ad campaigns, and build engagement with both B2C and B2B audiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media content plan in line with our branding and product focus.
• Manage and grow our accounts on Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Design and launch paid social media campaigns, including:
• Audience research and targeting
• Campaign setup and optimization
• Performance tracking and reporting
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a community around the ICAPIA brand.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align on promotions, product launches, and messaging.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy to improve reach, CTR, and conversions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand, especially with paid Facebook and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Strong skills in content creation, audience targeting, and ad optimization.
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads.
• Understanding of B2C and B2B social media dynamics.
• Excellent written communication skills and a proactive, self-driven attitude.
• Interest or background in EV charging, clean energy, or tech is a plus!

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with e-commerce or Amazon product promotion.
• Canva, Adobe Express, or short-form video editing skills.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
