### Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of experienced CPAs to prepare and review tax returns and other related deliverables for small to mid-sized, closely held businesses and individuals.
- Ensure deadlines are met by managing multiple client needs efficiently and accurately.
- Work independently and as part of a team to provide tailored solutions for clients.
- Participate in activities such as workpaper documentation, trial balances, year-end planning, and specific advisory and tax research.
- Become familiar with the firm's technology, tax software, and research tools.
- Develop expertise in tax research and IRS regulations.
- Assist with preparing tax returns for both individuals and business entities.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest tax code changes and AICPA professional standards.

### Qualifications:
- Must hold a CPA license (please apply only if you have this certification).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in tax-related roles within public accounting.
- Strong background in tax compliance and U.S. income taxation, with experience in individual and business entity tax preparation.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax matters clearly to clients.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Positive, self-motivated, and a team player with a proactive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and experience with UltraTax CS and/or QuickBooks is a plus.
