THE COMPANY
Our client is a high-growth leading provider of advanced composite materials and high-performance resin systems, specializing in customized solutions for the aerospace, defense, automotive, and industrial sectors. With a commitment to innovation and quality, they offer advanced resin formulations designed to enhance performance, streamline production, and meet the highest industry standards. They currently seeks high energy, fun, and self-motivated up and coming professionals with good customer service skills and technical aptitude for technical sales representative roles. There will be a learning curve to adapt to the new technology of advanced materials. The company is dedicated to giving the new reps hands-on training experience with the customers, materials, operations, and laboratories, to better understand the market and technical aspects of the products. The training and cross-functional learning period will be approximately 5 to 6 months. TN Visa Sponsorship is provided, if needed.
THE POSITION
The technical sales representative is an entry level role that will go through a training and learning period. The primary objective of this role is to foster strong relationships with clients, provide exceptional technical support, and drive sales growth in our target markets. The technical sales representative will work closely with our research and development team to understand the unique features of our products and communicate their benefits effectively to potential customers. Additionally, this role will be responsible for staying up to date on industry trends and innovations to ensure that our company remains at the forefront of the composites adhesives and prepregs market. Ultimately, the technical sales representative will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth for our company. This position reports to Head of Business Development and/or Operations leadership.
