DESCRIPTION

DataTech and Learning Solutions under Operation Technical Solutions(OTS) is looking for a technically astute Technical Program Manager who thrives working with data teams. This position will be responsible for delivering business value from the use of enterprise data systems to gather, review, and interpret data to solve real-business problems. This position will work closely with engineering managers across the DataTech team and is accountable for driving Platform Migration, Critical metrics, and Critical Business Partner programs that all support our multi-year data strategy and roadmaps.

We're looking for a proven Technical Program Manager to drive our Data and Analytical cross organizational roadmaps for the DataTech team which is made up of Data Engineers, Science and Business Intelligence Engineers. Our ideal candidate will have a data technical background, demonstrating data fundamentals across cloud-based technologies, and be willing to effectively challenge technical system designs and engineering solutions. Our ideal candidate will have analytic skills to dive into our controls and develop insights, vision and creativity to find innovative ways to act on these insights, the technical chops to translate those ideas into innovative design, and strong project management skills to harness the passion and energy of teams across the company to drive the vision and execution of our products and services.

-Enterprise Quicksight Migration
-Data as a Product and Data Marketplace support
-BI Business Partner support for Critical Programs
-Strategic Analytic platform development for OTS wide stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Own the technical program management responsibilities for multiple parallel products that has an organization-wide impact for Corporate Operations Technical Solutions.
- Work closely with engineering, business, and executive teams to deliver features and Data as a Product.
- Leverage your deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills and excellent program management skills to come up with new ways to solve problems at scale.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance customer and business needs versus technical constraints.
- Create processes, mechanisms, and tools that shape the delivery of multiple technical projects across DPS.
- Own regular communication to senior management and stakeholders on status, risks and change control.
- Own defining, measuring and tracking metrics for project success.
- Be resourceful and find creative solutions to complex technical and business problems.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- 2+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 2+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 2+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience
