Job Description

Обязанности:

Effective management of warehouse operations: receiving, stacking, collecting and sending finished products, raw materials and other materials; Ensuring compliance of all procedures with working conditions, priorities, internal regulations and standards of the company
Management of stocks of finished products, raw materials and other materials and provision of services in accordance with the annual operating plan
Management of warehouse employees and care for their development
Ensuring effective communication both within the department and with external services in order to ensure high quality service
Management of warehouse losses according to the plan
Fulfillment of efficiency goals, initiation and implementation of solutions necessary for optimization
Production of relevant reports and documents

Требования:

Higher education
5+ years of work experience in warehousing, of which at least two years of team management experience
MS Office programs proficiency, preferably 1С.
Fluent in Georgian language, English at B1+ level;
Strong communication and leadership skills;
Analytical thinking;
Strong motivation, detail orientation and organization
