What You’ll Do

At Tosca , we are on a mission to revolutionize sustainable supply chain solutions, and our Customer Success team is at the heart of it . We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist who thrives on building strong relationships, solving problems, and ensuring customers get the most out of our solutions.

This role is integral to the early stages of the customer journey , supporting onboarding, training, and initial troubleshooting while strengthening long-term customer engagement. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and love working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Your Impact

• Onboard & Train Customers – Ensure a smooth transition by guiding new customers through the setup and adoption of Tosca’s products and services.
• Support Customer Inquiries – Be the go-to expert, providing timely responses and solutions to customer requests.
• Track Data & Insights – Monitor customer engagement and feedback to proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Problem-Solve Collaboratively – Work with Customer Success Managers to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Prepare for Renewals – Assist in tracking engagement metrics and satisfaction to support renewal efforts.
• Drive Ongoing Engagement – Help schedule and prepare materials for customer quarterly business reviews.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, customer support, or a related field.
• Excellent communication & organizational skills – you’re great at explaining things clearly and keeping track of details.
• A proactive, customer-first approach – you love helping customers succeed.
• Tech-savvy – Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degree
