Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work  ON-SITE with our client in  Winter Springs, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• The Equipment Manufacturing Assembler role entails assembling electronic devices with precision and efficiency. 
• The ideal candidate should be able to interpret mechanical drawings and follow written procedures accurately. 
• Responsibilities include electromechanical device sub-assembly, SMT and through-hole soldering, fabrication of cable and wire assemblies, and meticulous documentation of manufacturing processes.
• This role also involves participation in cross-training activities to ensure rapid issue resolution while maintaining the highest standards of artistry and productivity.
• Record and maintain all manufacturing device documentation.
• Participate in cross-training activities.
• Utilize hand tools, soldering iron, and measurement instruments to support assembly operation.
• Maintain the highest quality artistry and productivity.
• Work cross-departmentally to ensure rapid issue resolution.
• Maintain assembly equipment and a clean, organized work area.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $19.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Temp to Perm .

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year experience in assembling/soldering electronic devices.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in soldering techniques and adherence to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protocols.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in IPC-610.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Electromechanical device sub-assembly.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in SMT and through-hole soldering.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in fabricated cable and wire assemblies and sub-assemblies.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• A basic understanding of complex medical device quality requirements is vital to this position. 
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings.
• Ability to assemble simple mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to follow written procedures and verbal direction from supervisor.
• Proper working knowledge and understanding of ESD.
• Technical certification in electronics assembly.
• J-STD
• IPC-610
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and through-hole soldering techniques.
• Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively.
• Willingness to participate in cross-training activities to expand skillset and versatility in assembly operations.
