Marketing Analytics Intern (12-Week Summer Internship - June to August 2025)
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Analytics Intern to join our Advanced Analytics & Orchestration team for a 12-week internship from June to August 2025. If you have experience in marketing and data analytics with exposure to media channels (such as display, video, paid search, and paid social), this role is a great opportunity to apply and expand your skills.
This internship provides hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, which captures website activity, as well as other analytical platforms like Datorama and Power BI. You'll work on real-world data to uncover insights, enhance reporting, and provide recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
We welcome candidates with prior analytics experience, as well as those new to the field who have experience using industry-standard business intelligence tools and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze data patterns using Adobe Analytics and Power BI reports.
Develop actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Create and enhance reports with new visuals, data slices, and insights.
Leverage Adobe Analytics to analyze both organic and paid media performance (display, email, paid search, and social media).
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights that inform marketing decisions.
Plan and execute analytics-driven communication to various stakeholders.
Summarize findings in presentations with clear next steps and recommendations.
End-to-End Process:
Collaborate with team members to define key analysis questions and performance indicators.
Utilize tools to investigate customer activities and engagement.
Summarize and present findings with actionable insights.
Recommend next steps based on data-driven conclusions.
Example Projects:
Media performance reporting.
Website activity analysis to assess user engagement.
Qualifications:
Strong ability to structure and present analytical insights effectively.
Previous experience in digital marketing analytics preferred.
Familiarity with Adobe Marketing Suite or Google Analytics.
Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, index-match, etc.).
Understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid social (e.g., TikTok, Meta), paid search, programmatic advertising, and publisher partnerships.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with statistical significance, data storytelling, and deriving actionable insights from complex datasets.
Internship Eligibility Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be at least 18 years old before the start date.
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
Education:Ideal candidates are pursuing a Master's degree in one of the following areas:
Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Business Statistics.
Communication, Journalism, or Media Studies.
Digital Communication and Multimedia.
Public Relations, Advertising, or Applied Communication.

This is a hybrid role based in Cambridge, MA.
