Job Title: Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Location: St. Paul, MN (Remote with occasional in-person meetings)

Note: Candidates must have 10+ years of experience and prior State/Government experience . Redwood Studio experience is required.

Job Description:

The State of Minnesota is seeking an Oracle HCM Consultant with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud administration, configuration, and customization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Core HR, Talent Management, and Compensation modules , along with proficiency in Visual Builder Studio, BI Reporting, Fast Formulas, and Approval Workflow Configuration .

Specialty Areas:

• Oracle HCM Cloud Administration – Expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation modules.
  
• Technical Tools & Development – Proficiency in BI Reporting, Fast Formulas, Visual Builder Studio, and Redwood Design Studio .
  
• Workflow & Security Management – Experience with approval workflow configuration and Oracle HCM security best practices .
  
• Customization & Integration – Hands-on experience with page customizations and Visual Builder Studio .
  
• Public Sector Expertise – Government experience preferred , with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation).
  
• Develop and customize solutions using Visual Builder Studio and Redwood Design Studio .
  
• Create and maintain BI reports, Fast Formulas, and approval workflows.
  
• Ensure security best practices within Oracle HCM.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle HCM-related technical issues.
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and administration .
  
• Redwood Studio experience is required .
  
• Prior State or Government experience is highly preferred .
  
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM security model and best practices .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle HCM Certification is a plus.
  
• Experience with page customizations using Redwood Design Studio .
