Job Description

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Job Purpose:

This position is primarily responsible for selecting full case and component level orders for the Fulfillment Department. The Order Picker will ensure daily production and quality standards by accurately providing materials to needed areas in a timely manner.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safe operation of mobile equipment while selecting sales orders and traveling throughout the warehouse, while following all of the appropriate traffic patterns throughout the facility
• Order document handling and ensuring the quality and accuracy of orders selected
• Restock/replenishment of product and assist in packaging outbound shipments as needed
• Assisting departmental leadership with multiple tasks including inventory, product reclamation/returns, and general housekeeping
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to follow all safety rules.
• Must currently possess or be able to obtain forklift/stand-up picker certification within 15 days of being selected for this position.
• Must be comfortable working at heights of up to 30 feet in the air.
• This position must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 75 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move up to 120 lbs. with assistance.
• Demonstrated ability to understand instructions and to follow procedures.
• Must be well organized and have high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, while also being an active member of a larger team.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and willingness to assume new responsibilities as needed.
