Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Primary Art Teacher to join our client's talented team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for the arts, innovative teaching methods, and the ability to inspire and engage students across various grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver stimulating art lessons that align with the school’s curriculum.
*Foster a creative and inclusive classroom environment that encourages artistic expression and exploration.
*Assess and evaluate students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
*Organize and participate in school art exhibitions, projects, and extracurricular activities.
*Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate art into cross-curricular learning experiences.
*Maintain an organized and resource-rich classroom environment.
*Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in art education.
*Uphold the school’s values and mission in all professional interactions and responsibilities.
Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
*Valid teaching certification.
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching art at the primary or secondary level.
*Proficiency in various art techniques and mediums.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators.
*Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to a multicultural school environment.
*Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage but not required.
