Preferred Qualifications

Certifications: PMP, CSM, CSPO, PSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, SAFe SPC, or ITIL.
Expertise working in technology/ software development, with a focus on Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
Experience in maintaining team performance metrics, educating the Scrum Team on agile practices, driving productivity improvements, and championing quality and technical excellence.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to identify and resolve conflicts and facilitate decision-making in a collaborative and consensus-driven manner.
Understanding of IT infrastructure components such as networks, servers, storage systems, and cloud services.
Passion for learning and continuous improvement, with a growth mindset and a willingness to explore new approaches and technologies.
