Responsibilities
The Sr. SAP CRM Developer will provide technical design and development for CRM solutions, focusing on integration with S/4HANA and customer-centric processes. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Service) to develop and enhance CRM functionalities using SAP technologies.
Design, develop, and maintain SAP CRM solutions, including WebUI, BOL/GenIL, One Order Framework, and Interaction Center (IC) WebClient .
Experience with ABAP 7.5+ syntax and Clean Core principles for CRM enhancements.
Extensive expertise in CRM Middleware , BDoc processing , AET (Application Enhancement Tool) , and Custom Business Transactions .
Develop and optimize OData services , CDS views , and APIs for CRM-Fiori integration.
Work with SAP Hybris (C/4HANA) and SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) integration (preferred).
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize CRM performance (e.g., WebUI component sets, custom workflows).
Translate functional specifications into technical designs and implement RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) objects.
Collaborate with functional teams (Sales, Service, Marketing) to deliver scalable solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
6 8 years of SAP ABAP development experience , with 3+ years in SAP CRM (WebUI, Middleware, AET, BOL/GenIL).
Hands-on experience with SAP CRM 7.0 EHP or later; S/4HANA CRM modules is a plus.
Strong skills in CRM technical architecture , One Order Framework , Partner Determination , and Pricing .
Experience integrating CRM with S/4HANA , Hybris , or C4C is preferred.
Knowledge of Fiori Apps for CRM and SAP UI5 development.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a global environment.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Nice-to-Have:
Exposure to SAP Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud .
Knowledge of BRF+ , Adobe Forms , or SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) .
