What You'll Do
As a Bookkeeper, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting business operations. Key responsibilities include:

Recording daily financial transactions and updating the general ledger.
Ensuring accurate recording in the day book, supplier ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
Preparing books up to the trial balance stage.
Managing accounts payable and receivable, as well as processing payroll.
Reconciling accounts and preparing financial documents.
Assisting with tax payments, returns, and compliance with financial regulations.
Monitoring cash flow and generating financial reports to assist management with decision-making.
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Proven bookkeeping experience.
A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or FreshBooks.
Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
The ability to work independently while juggling multiple tasks.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (preferred but not required).
